Something weird happened to my nominations. I've nominated Scott Lang/Steve Rogers (MCU), Scott Lang/Jim Paxton (MCU), and Scott Lang/James "Rhodey" Rhodes (MCU). My nominations are approved, but now instead of the mentioned nominations, my form has a triplicate Scott Lang/Steve Rogers (MCU), and it won't let me enter more nominations, or delete the duplicates. https://i.imgur.com/gkNnO3M.png
